## Program Description
This program is designed to prepare our students to become a confident Certified EKG Technician. This 40 hour program involves monitoring and recording electrical impulses transmitted by the heart. The program includes basic theoretical components and hands-on labs and practice with EKG equipment. At the completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified EKG Technician Certification (CET) exam.

## Enrollment Requirements
-  Proof applicant is at least 18 years or older. 
- High School Diploma or GED 
-  The payment of the registration fee and arrangements to pay tuition. 
- Signed Enrollment Agreement. 
- Enrollment Application and  Entrance exam
-  Background check
- Current Physical Exam (within the last 12 months).
- Proof of your current Tdap (within the last 10 years) 
- Health insurance (recommended) 

## Program Length 
-  Full-time-1 week
-  Part-time- 2 weeks
## Delivery of Instruction 
- Traditional (all in-person)
